Purchase of the receivable is preceded by price estimate, which includes:

• analysis of the emergence of title claims
• an assessment of credit claims
• awards-related documents and security instruments
• an assessment of non-effecting a payment
• assessment of the debtor's business history and its current financial situation

We do not purchase claims that belong into one of the following groups:

• claims below CZK 100,000.
• the debtor is in liquidation
• the claim against the debtor in liquidation
• claims with symptoms of so-called "white horses"

After claims bonus the best price will be offered, which may be subject to further commercial negotiations.
