The assignment of receivables.

We offer this service to citizens and businesses - firms. Our company becomes the owner of the claim under the assignment, where the signatures of both the transferor and the transferee are notarized, thus preventing possible attacks by the authenticity of the assignment of the borrower. After the conclusion of the assignment the debtor is informed about this action in writing. We can then negotiate with the debtor on the debt collection without further obstacles. We prefer personal contact in accordance with the laws of the Czech Republic.

In most cases the claim is recovered, that is, if the debtor owns a property, can rent money or have a permanent income.

Since our company cooperates with the renowned law office in Brno, we are able to provide proposals for actions to the court. Furthermore, we cooperate is execution agencies to implement the proposals for the execution. We provide these services not only in the Czech Republic but also throughout the European Union.
